Confidentiality Policy for Counselling and Coaching Clients
We are committed to maintaining your privacy and ensuring that all information shared during counselling sessions is kept strictly confidential. This means:
- All personal information and session content are kept private and will not be disclosed to anyone without your written consent.
- Exceptions to confidentiality may occur in the following situations:
- If there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.
- If there is suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult.
- If records are subpoenaed by a court of law.
- In any case where confidentiality must be broken, we will make every effort to discuss it with you first whenever possible.
Your trust and safety are of the utmost importance to us.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
